Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. What data I process

  • your name and email address,
  • the content of your message from the contact form,
  • booking details — the chosen date and time, type of shoot and note,
  • photographs taken during a shoot, where they are part of the job,
  • billing details, if a job is agreed.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Replying to your inquiry and arranging a shoot — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Carrying out the shoot and delivering photos — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Invoicing and accounting — compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention

Data from inquiries that did not lead to a job is kept for no longer than [to be completed, e.g. 12 months]. Data related to a job is kept for its duration and afterwards only to the extent and for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting records for 10 years).

5. Who may receive the data

I never sell personal data or share it for marketing. Access is limited to service providers necessary for running the website and communication:

  • the web hosting provider of this site,
  • the email provider and the form delivery service (EmailJS),
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — the typeface is loaded from its servers (Google Fonts) when the page is displayed, which transfers your IP address,
  • public authorities where required by law.

Where a provider processes data outside the EU, it does so only under appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object. Just send a request to info@raysabik.sk. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).
