Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms govern the relationship between [Name / Business name], Business ID: [to be completed], registered at [address] ("the photographer") and the client when booking and delivering photography services.

2. Booking & agreement

The scope, date, location and price of each shoot are agreed individually, in writing (by email) or through the booking form on this site. Only a mutually confirmed agreement between both parties is binding.

3. Timelines

The photographer commits to responding to inquiries within 24 hours and delivering processed photographs within 48 hours of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed for a specific project.

4. Rescheduling & cancellation

Any change or cancellation of an agreed date should be communicated as early as possible, at least [to be completed, e.g. 48 hours] in advance. Cancellation terms are settled individually at the time of booking.

5. Licensing & usage

The scope of usage of delivered photographs (commercial, editorial, social media, print, etc.), any exclusivity and the usage period are agreed before the shoot. Without a specific agreement, copyright to the photographs remains with the photographer.

6. Payment

Payment method and due date are agreed individually for each project. Billing details are available on the Billing Details page.

7. Complaints

Any concerns about delivered photographs should be raised without undue delay, no later than [to be completed] after delivery.

8. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The photographer reserves the right to update them from time to time.
